A court can be configured to use case contacts. A case contact is someone that is associated with a case and can be selected for servicing. This person can be you, a connection, or a member of other counsel.
In courts configured to use case participants, the court must approve participants before they can be added to a case. A participant can be a:
You can file multiple filings to a single court in a batch using the Bulk Filing feature. See Bulk Filing for details.
If no preliminary actions are needed, select File in the navigation pane to launch the where you'll begin the filing process.
Be aware: If a case has been deleted from TrueFiling, it cannot be located or accessed through the search functionality, and you cannot file against it.
