Use TrueSign Designer to Create and Configure Envelopes
You'll use TrueSign Designer to design your envelopes and prepare them for signing.
When you create an envelope, you'll initially specify the envelope name, the documents it contains, and the required signers.
Once this basic information is specified, you can then configure an envelope to:
- Add more documents / edit existing document names
- Re-order the documents in the envelope
- Add signers, permissions, and signing reminders
- Specify an anchor, which indicates where the signer must sign, date, or annotate the document
- If TrueSign is appropriately configured, you can apply an auto anchor to a document. These anchors are created by including specific replacement strings in the PDF file before it is uploaded to TrueSign. See Configure Auto Anchors to learn more.
Once the envelope is properly configured, you can send it to the specified signers for their signature.
