The Court determines which case participants can be served. As a result, not all participants may be listed.

Ensure the appropriate recipients are selected for service. The court will determine if auto-selected recipients can be de-selected.

e-Serve is the only method of service available. However, if a recipient's email address is unknown or invalid, they are listed in gray text and cannot be selected to be e-Served. You may need to serve the filing documents through other means such as mail or in person. In such an instance, you are responsible for arranging service of the filing documents; TrueFiling will not perform the service.

To serve the filing documents to someone other than a court approved case party or case counsel, you can send a courtesy copy of the filing documents to an ad hoc recipient.

Once your filing documents are uploaded, and the service recipients are selected, you can either save your filing bundle to access later or submit your bundle to the Court.
