Be aware that the screen images presented in our Help Center do not reflect one specific court. Therefore, some differences may exist between the images shown and those you’ll see when using TrueFiling.

Our Help Center is designed to guide you through each aspect of electronic court filing and servicing.

Access Help through the Help option under Resources in the TrueFiling navigation pane.

You can right click the option and select the Open link in new tab or Open link in new window option, which opens Help in a separate tab / window in your browser. While working in TrueFiling, you can then access Help whenever you need it simply by selecting that tab or accessing the window.

Our Help Center uses a traditional table of contents structure. Click a table of contents entry to view the topic.

A topic can contain links to other topics. Such links are indicated by blue, underlined text.

A topic can also contain expandable drop-down text, which is indicated by burgundy, underlined text. Click the text to expand; click again to retract.

On a topic page, you can also:

• Search for content by selecting the Search icon (). Input the search term. As you type, matching content is displayed below the Search field. You can also use the Search field in the upper-right portion of the page.
• Select the Index icon () to display a list of index keywords. Select a term to display the associated topic. If more than one topic is indexed, select the appropriate topic from the list. You can filter the Index by entering a keyword in the Filter field.
• Select the Glossary icon () to display a list of glossary terms. Select a term to display its definition. You can filter the Glossary by entering a term in the Filter Terms field.
• Display / retract all drop-down text in a topic by selecting the Expand / Collapse icon.  
• Remove search results highlight in a topic by selecting the Remove Highlight icon.   
• Print topic content by selecting the Printer icon. 
• Use the breadcrumbs in the upper-right corner to enhance navigation of the Help. This is a helpful navigation tool.

TrueFiling Help Topics

When you expand TrueFiling Help Topics in the table of contents, you're presented with Help topics that detail all aspects of TrueFiling, from signing up to submitting your filing and downloading court-generated documents. Select a topic to view the contents.

Quick Help

We've also included Quick Help, which is an online quick reference guide. Select one of the TrueFiling operations to display concise instructions.

TrueFiling Videos

We've developed two video series that let you see TrueFiling in action so you can understand how to quickly and intuitively upload your filing documents and submit them to the court.

Quick Video Library

If you need a quick refresher on how to perform TrueFiling tasks such as adding a connection to your network or enabling text notifications, our Quick Videos are the answer.

These short (usually between one and two minutes) videos provide to-the-point how-to's for common TrueFiling activities.

Select the TrueFiling Video Libraries entry in the table of contents and select Quick Video Library. Search through the video list and select the video to view. It will launch in a separate browser tab.

Training Video Library

We also provide training videos that take you step by step through TrueFiling functionality. These videos are narrated, and each operation is detailed.
